We may collect your name, company name, email address, telephone number, business address, billing information, login credentials, Shopify store information, subscription details, order information, customer names, billing and shipping addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, transaction details, chargeback information, dispute evidence, IP addresses, browser information, device identifiers, cookies, analytics information, support communications, and documents uploaded through our Services.

We use information to provide our Services, recover chargebacks, prepare dispute evidence, authenticate users, manage merchant accounts, communicate with merchants, process subscriptions, improve our Services, detect fraud, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, develop new features, perform analytics, and protect our business.

Where GDPR applies, we process information based upon contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, consent where required, and fraud prevention.
